According to today's New York Times the teaching of Evolution is not the only thing forbidden in the public schools of the great state of Kansas. Convinced that the universe was created in 4004 BC the Big Bang theory and all its talk of things being 10 to 20 billion years old has been outlawed. In Geology there will be no more passages like "millions of years of erosion made the Grand Canyon". In high school Physics the section on using radioactive decay to determine the age of objects has been expunged. Prediction: Next stop, a flat Earth.
