I'm 64, the oldest person on the list to respond so far. And I'm still growing, learning (from you folks, among others), experiencing the world anew every day. More serious and more playful. More independent and more social. Definitely more relaxed. And emotionally stronger as my body weakens. How does one do it? I have no idea. I've been this way all my life. Nothing in my family background suggests anything like me as the result. Makes you wonder about the notion of karma.
