Here's another example for Castro to show the marvels of communism. Just watch, when our "government" declares this sort of experimentation illegal, Cuba will welcome the scientists and their megabucks with open arms. Cuba already has a great reputation for allowing biotech work. They'd love the opportunity to make the US look stupid.
