I don't characterize the discussions regarding definitions as unproductive at all, I find them very important. I am referring to the attempts made last year to define one group of transhumanists as more important than the other, which sort of division I do not ascribe to. Writers, thinkers, engineers, researchers...we all have vital roles to play here.
