An organization that largely exists on the net should at least at least
air an issue on the net, in an introductory sense. As a matter of
nettiquette, it should be simple enough to suggest further, more
focused discussion in another forum. Problem may be in part that
people aren't sure of how to reach people off the net, not wanting to
annoy them in person!
