I think that Bey needs to give us a little more credit for critical
assessment of the implications of mismanaged technology. Perhaps
this statement reflects a need for Extropians to make more public
statements or publish writings that reflect our understanding of this
complexity. Or perhaps I give him too much credit, and he just
needed a straw man to batter with his own opinions.
