The only thing an end in itself, is *life*. The problem
with choosing a value set becomes measuring *life*.
Now, you could say this is intrinsic, as *life* is uniquely
determined by *life form*. Here the term *life form*
includes both biological body, neurological circuit,
and memetic content like life style and culture.

So: Choosing your life form is a matter of *taste*,
the morality will follow.
