I disagree. The Japanese culture is a great fit for producing consumer
goods--they have a quality fetish; highly socialized; highly aesthetic
sense; and their wages are lower. Their autos are clearly superior, as just
about anyone who have bought and driven many of both American and Japanese
cars can tel you (or Consumer Reports for that matter).

Whatever consumer products they target, they will dominate. Period.
