The government could save money while increasing network security. Of
course it won't, because the true quest is not about saving money nor
increasing the safety of the network.

At this day and age: 1) the knowledge is arcane, limited to nonmobilizable
fringe groups 2) the worst case damage possible is negligable (relatively,
at least; Redmond is not accused of running a terrorist op).

Why are we still buying the propaganda?
