I have noticed the same things going on with businesses here in
Houston--businesses everywhere are fortifying their premises, even to
the point of installed LOCKS on DOORS. One business even had a sign
prominently displayed at the perimeter of the premises that read
"Trespassers will be prosecuted."
What madness is this?!
