Has anyone read _High Techne, Art and Technology from the Machine Aesthetic to the Posthuman_ by R.L. Rutsky?
If, so, would you please let me know what you got out of it and if this type of academic writing is a page-turner for you? I have picked it up and put it down a dozen times with the same blank expression on my face. Each time I find an argument to grab a hold of, it slips willing through my fingers as hollow air.
I do want to find something of value here.
P.S. There is no reference to posthuman in the index -:)
