Ah, that's where it came from. I must have read that but didn't register
it. It is not in fact in the List Rules themselves.

I can't really speak for E. Shaun, but I suspect by using that term what he
meant was that we will enforce the policy on one and all without regard to
things like length of time on list or quality of usual postings. (In fact
E. Shaun's comments in this thread suggest this interpretation.)

I agree that the term "zero tolerance" is misleading, since the rule will
*not* be mindlessly applied. I too shudder at the term, given its orgins
and uses.
