SPACE: thinking seriously about space development

Well, people finally seem to be getting serious again about
space development. Strategies for making fuel and solar cells
out of available materials were discussed at a recent conference
at the Colorado School of Mines.


This is along the lines of my arguments for Space Development Paths:
