You are confusing psychological attributes to biological evolution. If you were to say "... Those that behave in a criminal and irrational, uncivilized manner can not be defined as humanist, transhumanist and posthumanist'", your statement can be better argued. Although I still have problems with the word irrational here because being a criminal doesn't make a person irrational. (Back to square one with the "r"ational thang.)
