the system, I would go with this if there were massive Judicial reform.

Abolition of personal privacy is acceptable only if there is a massive
change in the governmental modus operandi towards (almost) full, real-time
transparency, as well as scrapping of most of the laws regarding victimless
crimes, like drug use, or prostitution.
