This brings to mind how to do that. Create self-replicating nano-cameras with a connection to the future Internet (and among
themselves) and neural net image recognisers everywhere? Humans can stop wearing clothes at this stage.

This still does not prevent potential nano-terrorists from going to outer space and setting up their lab there without nano-cameras
to monitor them, on the pretext of astronomical observation or in secret. Of course, very few terrorists would take such troubles
just to destory humanity, I suppose.
