This bit of good news has been widely reported in the
popular media here ..... fortunately the UK is fairly
secular and church attendances have been rapidly
falling for the past 25 years or so, and there isn't a
very strong anti-abortion lobby.

If animal stem cells were being used instead of
humans there probably would have been more voluminous protests!
