You Yanks should really quit whining!!! The most liberal party I can vote on
without it being a Racist party is far more leftist than you democrats!
There is NO party in Denmark anymore that are willing to lower the taxes. If
they do they loose voters because any tax deduction will mean savings in
areas giving benefits to a large group of the population. And who will vote
if they loose "free" money from the government?
In reality the government is bribing the population with it's own money! I
cannot see how it can ever be ended, because no party with that goal will
ever be elected here.
I pay 55% in income tax + 25% VAT on everything I buy + 250% on cars and
gasoline. etc.
My loose estimate is that goverment spends about +75% of my money on my
behalf.
Whimps ;-)
