Thanks Max! (fitness stuff)

Not long ago Max More recommended 8 reps for muscle gain. I have tried that
suggestion in only my last 2 workouts and have noticed significant
improvement already. I had always stuck with the 3 sets of 10 routine I
learned in high school football, and just figured that was the best way to
go. Anyway, thanks for the advice Max. That was the best fitness advice
I've gotten in years.
