Clinton was elected with less of the vote, and he's gotten us involved
in more military adventures than Ford, Carter, Reaga, and Bush put
together. A weak president (especially a democratic one) is more likely
to instigate military options to prop up poll ratings (the American
public loves it when some alleged-no-good-bastard is having a bad day
care of the Defense Department). If Bush wins, as it looks like he will,
despite all the games Gore is playing, he will have a Republican
congress backing him.
