What? If you are talking about that 'report' that came out (which listed New
Hampshire among those 8 states), its bogus. What they are doing is seeing what
the state education requirements are. If the state doesn't mandate evolution be
taught in all schools, then they treat it as if the state is banning evolution.
New Hampshire, for example, doesn't HAVE state standards like that, for many
things, not just evolution. Just because its not mandated does not mean its
prohibited.
