If I worked for the FBI, I wouldn't have any trouble finding a way writing a
program to "un-jam" the jamming of surveillance technologies that is being
promoted by the given URL. I'd just have it ignore all e-mails/postings
which have http://www.echelon.wiretapped.net in the body. More likely, I'd
have it place them as a much lower priority, so that having the URL in your
e-mail isn't a foolproof way to avoid it being read.
But regardless, I recommend removing the URL and just having the keywords
present.
