As long as Eugene Leitl is on the job, SIs will most certainly not be allowed to
do any such thing as turn ant-substrate into SIs. He may need to nuke every
proponent of AI (or pre-AI) research to accomplish this security measure, but
hey, what's a few million nuked researchers compared to SIs turning
ant-substrate into SIs.
