With all due respect, I hope from computer to computer all day, three or four different systems. All are only a year or two old, three are IBM, one is Macintosh. I use Eudora Pro, MailStart web-based mail, and whatever Mac uses. Everyone's emails come through in normal, readable fashion.
Please check you own systems rather than dumping this on everyone else.
