Considering that it was written by law school students at one of the most liberal schools in the country, and considering that the Jewish members of my family know that gun control was the reason their relatives were exterminated in the Holocaust, and that the restrictive discretionary gun laws here in the US were passed as part of the Jim Crow legislation in the late 1800's to prevent blacks from being able to defend themselves from lynch mobs, I can hardly do anything but lend great credence to such well researched papers.
