Actually not, since the original is disrupted by the scanning process - so the only evil twin would be the perfect copy at the destination (since it is assumed to be evil, you have to be evil too since you are isomorphic). Of course, maybe the scanning process doesn't dissipate you but just scrambles you - that would maybe produce an evil twin, while the copy at the destination would be your old nice self. I can hardly wait to get an evil twin :-)
