Matter traveling backward in time

Let's assume, for the moment, that there is matter that travels backward in time. We would never see it except for perhaps, maybe, a second. It would suddenly appear then suddenly disapear.

It is real hard to put in words what I'm saying so I'll attempt to draw an asci picture. (Note: I'm a terrible artist <:-)
