I'm shy of it just because there's so much 'neo' crap. It's not as bad as 'post', but there's a similar effect. Transhumanism seems refreshingly different. If the definition is too tied to posthumanism, give it a different definition. I doubt it's been ingrained anywhere, after all. :)
