IAN: And therefore you will tolerate
intolerance. What you mean to say is
that you have intolerance for some
forms of intolerance but not others.

I'm certainly pro-tolerance and proud
of the fact that my eighth-great grand- father, Roger Williams of Rhode Island, (http://ian.goddard.net/roger.htm) was head of the first colony that welcomed Jews and other oppressed minorities.
But, like Roger, I would not try to
invade Massachusetts to force them
to adopt my standard of tolerance.

We should teach tolerance with tolerance, not with the intolerance of Gov't force.
