A few years ago I read a tedious book by a British generalist and anarchist with the remarkable name Arnold Arnold. He claimed to have solved the structure of primes, but to be suppressing the details for reasons of national security. I couldn't understand his outline of the general sense of thing, and presume it's bogus. Anyone know more?
