Beyond the effects I have already described, my overall mood is better in a more substantial way than the cursory mood-swings. Even if I were to stop taking SomatoPro, I would go away with a deeper sense of emotional well-being and self-confidence. Also, since SomatoPro played a serious part in getting my ass back to the gym, I have to consider that a secondary long-term effect. Since SomatoPro seems to have re-programmed my innate resistance to exercise into a more pleasurable experience.
