This is a Java applet from NASA that shows the realtime postiion of more than 500 sattellites.
It takes a long time to load, but I find that it is worth it. Well at least
for most of us nerds on this list.

Very cool. Are there any resources on the web that have info on each satellite and what they do? Also any other interesting Java viewers. I have a small geometry program called Rotate that views objects similarily, theres one file that has the 500 nearby stars around our sun, and also 2000 and 7500. http://www.silicon-alley.com/cat/rotate.html
