Part of being smart is realising the need for other people and understanding
the use distributed networking.. Hence the reason all us really smart people
are advocates of spontaneous order :-) As for solving drugs problems.. there
aren't any drugs problems, there are only law enforcement problems (and I'm
not talking about problems with enforcing law.)
