I'm against multitracking. How about two rooms, one for the
presentations, and one with lots of sofas for conversation. When I visit
the sofa room, I chat with others who are also not into the current
presentation. I really missed having places to sit and chat at the
doubletree.....
The sofa room could also have the coffee, beverage and snack service
present, solving the catering/refreshment problem.
