It might be that Powers destabilize some games (secong-guessing each
other indefinitely or coming up with utterly different strategies),
but in most simple games they would likely do better than
less-than-rational current humans, and instead make the system very

Remember that even Powers cannot know everything. If you can simulate
your oppnent quite well, then things will get interesting, but if you
have only limited information then game theory still applies.
