I previously posted the URL for Dymocks, an Oz bookstore that e-sells my
new book about the Singularity. Another place to try is

where you enter the title simple as SPIKE and author simply as BRODERICK.

US readers should be encouraged by the news that $US 1.00 currently buys
around $AUST 1.36, so the trade paperback price is cheaper than it appears.
On the other hand, I imagine there's a charge for airmail delivery.
