Thanks, Samantha. I'd use the word "pointless". Sure, keep your lack-of-faith
(if that's what you've got) wrapped close to your heart. Don't let anyone
take it away from you. But keep your head and notice that ATHEISTS ARE NOT
AN OPPRESSED MINORITY HERE--not compared to, say, women under the Taliban.

Once again, Brin's "I am a member of a civilization."
