What I find quite interesting is that had all of these new security
measures been put into place two weeks ago, people would have been
screaming about them (present company included), and George W. Bush's
popularity ratings would likely have dropped considerably.
Times of crises can turn a lot of people into hypocrites. Perhaps
justifiably? I'm not so sure.
