Isnt it possible to encode messages into graphics? Dont
they encode the message into some chaotic background
like sand or grass? Seems like it could be inserted into
photos in such a way that it could never be proved that
the image *has* any text encoded. How could such a
thing ever be made illegal if the feds couldn't prove there
was a message there? spike
