Here's the most recent version I've seen:
I've been busier than I care to be lately, but this looks important enough
to read closely. I'm going to try to find time over the next couple of days
to go through the draft paragraph by paragraph. I'm not an IP specialist
either, but my years of practicing tax law have given me a knack for
deciphering opaque statutory language.
