Um, no, at least not any time soon. What they demonstrated was a single NOT
gate built from a nanotube. That doesn't mean that anyone is adding
nanogates to their chip roadmaps. Fabrication and connectivity remain
completely unsolved problems.
If people would like to put nanotechnology in perspective, I have not seen a
finer presentation than this month's Scientific American.
