Doug I have questions

have you tried any classic longevity inducing substances like say
L-Carnosine or DMAE?

and
Your low total calorie diet.. If I were doing this I would get most of my
calories from protein and "good fats", and skip the carbs where I could,
because I think it would tend to keep my endocrine system healthier
