Under affirmative action, this was supposed to happen
all the time.
Do you have any hard data?
I don't, so I have to balance "common sense" against
personal experience.
I never did hear about it anywhere except in WP
propaganda.
Every white person I knew that wanted a college
education and was capable of doing the work managed to
get one, despite economic level.
I can't say the same for the blacks I knew.
