California desert land can be bought for 200 bucks an acre, but
actually I was thinking of land that is currently being successfully
farmed. The initial cost of the land will not be the biggest cost
I wouldnt think. The real costs will be piping in the water and
reclaiming the soil by somehow adding nutrients and carbon
based compounds. spike
