Yes, the banking industry (AKA Savings and Loan institutions), which screwed
US investors and savers out of at least 700 billion (that's billion, with a
"b") dollars in the 1970s with fraudulent real estate transactions. No other
industry has come close to that level of rip-off. The dangerous product?
Higher taxes.
