Doug,

I was in school in the '50 through the early '60 first in a small southern New
Jersey town of Haddon Heights and then in my senior year in high school
moved to
the Chicago area and attended New Trier high school.

I am afraid it is not the exception and is getting worse from what my
college students tell me about grade and high school today.
