Sorry, but I haven't put the Index or List of References into "Machine
Psychology" yet. You can find out about Dr. Bini's exciting work at
<http://www.binisystems.com>. At the 1991 MIT Conference on mile-high,
cities-in-one-building he presented on "Tower City" which might be built
some day on shallow coastal seas by "robotized autoconstruction" (as he
calls it in his architectural booklet).
