A very good point.
I wonder (just wonder) if Chaitin's "positive" extensions
of Godel's and Turing's theorems may be useful.
Or, perhaps, a mixture of Chaitin's "thermodynamical"
epistemology and the constructivist (or 2nd order
cybernetics) approach....
