Hmmm. A lawn full of genetically engineered grass, not glowing, but instead
generating a static charge, to be siphoned off, and fed into the house for
lights,etc.

Talk about a "grass roots" low level kick in the ass to OPEC and the power
companies. The problem is that there is not enough energy available in
sunlight hitting the average lawn to make a big enough dent in the energy
bill. I don't think.
