Ah, the KIM-1. I have some spare keyboards for mine in storage. You can
also get access to the entire keyboard matrix on one of the two 22-pin
card edge connectors, I believe.

I had an epiphany the day I saw "Microchess 1.1" for the KIM: It's a
program that plays legal chess (less en passant and piece promotion) in
the native 1.1 K of onboard RAM. Heady stuff.
